AED 11.6 billion worth of Dubai real estate deals during the week ending 14 April 

Palm Jumeirah remains in the top spot for villa and apartment sales.

 

Dubai recorded 2,246 property transactions worth AED 11.6 billion last Friday, 14 April 2023.

 

2,019 apartments and villas worth AED 4.42 billion and 226 land plots worth AED 5.76 billion were sold.

 

Damac Lagoons is yet again in the top spot with the most transactions with 74 sales worth AED 198.41 million, followed by Damac Hills 2 with 34 property transactions worth AED 44.36 million, and Victory Heights with 27 property deals worth AED 251 million in third place.

 

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were all on Palm Jumeirah for AED 76 million, AED 58 million, and AED 50 million.

 

Mortgaged properties for the week valued AED 1.31 billion, with the highest being land in Emirates Living, mortgaged for AED 91 million.

 

Lastly, 68 properties worth Dh144 million were gifted.
