Dubai records $2.7 billion in real estate transactions week ending 17 March 2023

A total of 3,903 real estate sales worth AED 10 billion were made during the week ending 17 March 2023. 2,906 of which were apartment and villa sales worth AED 6.25 billion. 208 plots of land were sold for AED 1.12 billion last week, as revealed by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).

 

The top 3 land transactions were Al Jadaf 2 sold for AED 38.5, AED 38.5 million, and AED 37 million respectively.

 

Damac Lagoons recorded the most transactions last week with 88 sales transactions worth AED 232.71 million, followed by Jabal Ali Village with 22 property transactions at AED 72.92 million, and Damac Hills 2 with 20 sales deals worth AED 25 million.

 

The top 3 apartment and villa transfers were a villa sold for AED 150 million on Palm Jumeirah, an apartment worth AED 80 million in Jumeirah Bay Island and another sold for AED 65 million on Palm Jumeirah.

 

Mortgaged properties valued at AED 2.17 billion, while 341 properties worth AED 548 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
